How could we define identity?

How could we define identity?

What are the differences between identity, culture, and history?

On a large scale, history means the recorded actions of people in the past.

On a middle scale, culture means the repeated actions of people throughout history.

Identity is the spirit behind the way people do things within their culture.

Identity is a quality that is more than objective elements. Identity is a quality like 1 + 1 = 11. Identity is more than color, shape, or the relationships between things. It is not a fixed term. Identity seems like the quality of music when you listen to a concert instead of a solo player.

What is the identity of a human? Does our name represent our identity? If we changed it, would our identity change?

What about our family and friends? If I changed my friends during my life, or if I lost my family, would I lose my identity?

Is the height or the shape of my body my identity? If I gained weight, would I lose my identity?

Is the work I do, or my status in society, my identity? If I migrate, will I lose my identity?

What is the exact definition of identity in humans?

How could we expand this concept in architecture? Is it the color, the elements? What kinds of properties define identity in architecture?

Could you teach architects to design something with identity?

What is the connection between identity and sustainability?
